His attention to detail was excellent & he explained everything displaying knowledge & professionalism. He even made a phone call back to the shop to confirm we could hold on to the sample box overnight to make our choice. On arrival to the shop to discuss our options, Sandra dealt with us quickly & efficiently and when we called to confirm our order, once again she was extremely helpful. Alex returned along with Steve to fit the carpets, both of them did a first class service , no mess, no drama, & both really friendly guys who just got on with the job in hand!
